Playing DVD from the hard disk, strange behaviour

Postby kid_a » 09 Nov 2006 17:19

i noticed that playing a dvd folder with the spelling "Pink Floyd P·U·L·S·E"
vlc played the files one after another without functionality of the menu.
i renamed the folder in " PF P.U.L.S.E" and now it works fine.

Anyone knows the specifical meaning of the central dot in windows?

thanks :?:

Prolly problem with wxWidget, it has also problem with UFT-8 chars. It should be fixed on 0.9.0 when wxWidget is going six feet under =)
