how to insert PCR in mpeg 2ts.

i am writing a source code that converts H264 into mpeg2ts.

my question is about PCR.

how can i generate PCR? what is the rule?

i did look the vlc source code and ISO 13818-1.

but still dont know.

does PCR is related H264 Slice???(I,P,B)

PCR represent the wallclock against which PTS and DTS timestamps are based. It's usually equal to the clock of the server computer. It's important, because it takes care of difference in computer clocks between different computers.
