Post processing menu option

How do I enable post processing by default. I have looked in the menu but I can not find it. Everytime I check the option in the right click menu, it unchecks itself as soon as the next video plays....

I believe it's Preferences, Input / Codecs, Other codecs, FFmpeg under "Post processing quality"
