menu/Video/"Always on top" + skins

If I use the skinded version (=vlc.exe --intf skins) the "always on top"-Option does not work! Menu/Video/"Immer im Vordergrund" is the exact name in the german version.

In case this is well-known problem, yes i did search, and found nothing, please spare me teachings, just post a link ot something.

In case it is not known, I'd like help you to solve it and contribute with some testing or whatever. I use vlc for quite a while now, program is fine, quality is very good, I'd like using some skins too.

The skin can be always on top with the Ctrl-T shortcut (on windows at least).

Independently, the video can be set on top using a right click, or in the preferences. This works fine in skins where the video is not embedded (i.e. not skinned), but it doesn't work in the others...
This is a known problem, and it shouldn't be too hard to fix. If only i had time...
