drift is too high and late buffer for mux input

Postby raden » 14 Sep 2006 10:48

hi all...

I use vlc-0.8.5 with debian sarge, this is my command
vlc -vvv --color v4l:/dev/video0:adev=/dev/dsp2:norm=pal:size=320x240:frequency=647250:channel=0:audio=0 :sout="#transcode{vcodec=DIV3,acodec=mp3,scale=0.75,samplerate=8000,vb=96,ab=32,audio-sync}
:duplicate{dst=standard{access=http,mux=asf,url=192.168.1.222:1234},dst=standard{access=mmsh,mux=asf,url=192.168.1.222:1235}}"
yes.. audio and video can work at WMP, but this is the message debug from my debian
[00000251] main private warning: late buffer for mux input (88584)
[00000256] main private warning: late buffer for mux input (88611)
[00000240] stream_out_transcode private debug: drift is too high, resetting master sync
[00000240] stream_out_transcode private debug: drift is too high, resetting master sync
please tell me the solution..

Do you get loads of these messages ? do they have any impact on the stream's quality ?
