how to get vlc play videos on 2nd display?

i´d like to use vlc with myhtpc. integration seems so far easy, but...

is there a way to "tell" vlc to play videos on my secondary display (via vga-connector - no tv)? like it is in zoomplayer?

or maybe possible with powerstrip?

i look forward to any hints/tipps & solutions

If you enable Theatre mode in advanced OVERLAY options, any directdraw app becomes a fullscreen app on the secondary display....

Not overly familiar with myhtpc, so this may not be helpful.....
