problem running VCD

hello, I'm trying to reproduce a VCD with my DVD player and VLC and appears me that message... do you know what could be?!

the version that I use is the last week version

yesterday I could play an other DVD, but this one no I created the iso with pinnacle studio and burned the iso with nero.

Operating system Windows XP SP2, user rights minimum (only could work into his folders, could not install programs and access to c: drive, could not manage advanced configurations as printer, network configuration)

I couldn't give more information
