wich soundcard should i buy to not have the spdif bug?

i want to buy a soundcard because actually i use yhe soundcard integrated in my motherboard (asus p4p800) and i have the bug when i used the output spdif (the sound is saccaded)

Can you tell me wich soundcard should i buy to solution this problem and have a correct sound in my spdif output with vlc please?

p.s: is it sure at 100 % that but a new soundcard will solution my problem?
