VLC with RedHat EL 4

Hello you there,

i know i am new in this Forum but i hope you can help me too!

I want to install VLC in Redhat EL 4. I have found the correct version too but RedHat want so many libs like libSDL_image or liba52! Do anyone have this problem too or make experiences with this problem? And how can i solve this problem?
