Is it possible to set the default aspect ratio to 16:9?

Is it possible to set a custom aspect ratio at 16:10?

Is it possible to set the default aspect ratio to 16:9?
Settings -> Preferences -> Video -> Source aspect ratio
Is it possible to set a custom aspect ratio at 16:10?
Video -> Aspect-ratio
