Problem with controlling speed...

Hi,

I've problem with speed. When I press default key '+' playback rate increases but unfortunately the opposite is not in action. I press '-' and nothing happens. I've swapped '-' and '+' (I thought maybe program does not responds to my '-' key). Result is: when i press '-' playback rate increases but '+' is not working. This includes all types of movies. MPEG1, MPEG2, DiVX, XViD. What is going on!?
