Windows has blocked this software cannot verify Publisher...

I have embedded vlc in a webpage, and it has worked perfectly. However, I am getting this error on other pc's:
"Windows has blocked this software becuase it cannot verify the publisher
Name: axvlc.cab
Publisher: unknown publisher "

What could be the issue?

I re-installed VideoLan, and selected ActiveX during the install - whereas before, I manually installed the ActiveX files.

Now it Works!
