When is VLC 0.7.2 scheduled for release

Is there a release date for VLC 0.7.2?

No date has been set for it yet.

The goal I think was to finish the new demuxer api conversion (the dvd and svcd plugins still need to be converted to this).
I was also hoping to have time to change the clock handling in VLC to add the possibility to synchronise the video on the audio output (soundcard) clock. That last thing might have to be delayed though.

On the other hand, the current development code seems quite stable to me so maybe we should do an interim release.
What do people think about this ?

I'm interested in the ability to transcode at compute, rather than audio output speeds. An interim release would be of real value.
