VLC 0.8.5 do not stream webcam-capture over network any more

Hi!

I am using VLC to stream webcam capture streams over network. I was using VLC 0.8.4a with Logitec ClickSmart 510 everithing works fine.
NowI switched to actualversion of VLC 0.8.5 but it seems like the current version has problems with live-capturing and streaming.

I am using the same configutation with VLC 0.8.5 as with 0.8.4a:

- Windows XP Professional
- Stremaing between two machines (no firewall)
- Webcam: Logitech ClickSmart 510
- chosen encoder: mp4v, 1024 kbps

VLC 0.8.4a live-webcam-capture + streaming works fine

VLC 0.8.5 shows the video as local presentation (so the webcam is working), but do not send any packets over netwrok (I checked with ethereal).
I can stream normal video-files, so the problem is connected to live-capture + streaming process.

Do VLC 0.8.5 has a bug with streaming live-webcam-capture over network?
