Missing the words

Hey all. I am using VLC Portable, and I've been having a problem recently. When I start it up there are no words. Image Any ideas?

VLC uses system fonts for your language. So the possible is broken font or a language that varies from the system. Reinstall the prefered language for your system.

Do you mean re-install the language for VLC? If so, how do I do that?
