Well, this is too bad !
Such a feature would be a killer one and VLC would be even more a key software in the world... You would break into Macromedia empire on web streaming video... Sorry, now it's even worse, it's Adobe empire... Don't need it?
I'd love to know how to do it... but I don't.
If you can give us some online ressources to learn by ourself how to do it (recording network activity, analyzing datagram, and so on...), I'm sure we would be numerous trying to help you for this...
Just to let you know about Flash Streaming point : it cost 4500$ for each 150 simultaneous users with no bandwith limitation (1000 w/ bwdth up to 40Mbps, 2500 w/ bwdth up to 25Mbps). For a 2000 simultaneous users with no bandwith limitation, it costs 90000$... If VLC was able to stream flv files under rtmp protocol, that'd be a lot less money for Adobe...
