HTTP interface macros

Postby rickybscs » 15 Mar 2006 22:23

Hi, Is anyone doing any serious work using the built in http interface. Im trying to write a "media center" page that will allow me to serve videos as well as stream live tv. Ive got the piece that will serve dideos of a file list and Im working on the tv watching part. Anyhow, can anyone list all the different "configuration variables" that can be set via the 'set' macro. The docs oinly mention sout. Also how can one set the playlist to loop or auto play when something is added to it.

Thanks.

Check the new interface (in 0.8.5 http://nightlies.videolan.org ) for some examples about rpn functions usage to set variables. You can set all the variables used in VLC core.

Some automatically genreated lists are available here:

http://people.videolan.org/~dionoea/var_Create
http://people.videolan.org/~dionoea/var_Get
http://people.videolan.org/~dionoea/var_Set
(might be a bit cryptic)
