problem with videos of Prores 4444 Alpha

I am having problem with viewing video Prores 4444 Alpha, the problem had been back dated for a few years already and still has not been fix. Is there a solution to this yet? thanks

Hi, I'm other person, but I have the same problem.
I´ve open a .mov video with alpha channel encoded in ProRes 4444, and the log resulted in the "Message" window with "verbosity 2" is in this link
