VLC Version 3.0.21 Displays Wrong Album Art

I have single FLAC files with embedded album art within the FLAC tag. It is a JPG image sized 1000x1000 pixels. It is not displaying the image from the tag. For reasons unknown it is instead displaying the artwork for track #1 of the same album. This does not even match the Folder.jpg file. It would make sense if it instead displayed Folder.jpg, but it is not even doing that. This is a bizarre and weird issue.

This is not the embedded image from the FLAC file. This is the embedded image of track 01 from the same album.

Below are screenshots of Tag & Rename showing the embedded album art for the FLAC file:

There are absolutely no other images in the tag except for the single one shown by Tag & Rename.

Delete the images cache folder: %appdata%\VLC\art
