VLC 3.0.21 won't work on Windows XP 32-bit. Running the installed vlc causes the vlc process to be "terminated by ctrl+c".
No problem with the previous VLC version, the 3.0.20 version.

I have installed the nightly build of vlc-3.0.21-win32-ac310b4b (27-Jun-2024 ) and it is working fine.
