I have a 4k monitor. When watching movies, the bottom panel is too small.
When I make the monitor settings increase by 300 times, then this panel fits me.
How can I make such a panel without touching the monitor settings?

The only way I know to increase the side of that bottom panel in FULLSCREEN mode is to click the button left of the volume controls.
MAXIMIZED WINDOW mode will also make it bigger.
