Last.fm Scrobbling request

I'm trying to find out if the mobile VLC versions support scrobbling internally. I could just scrobble an album on my old Sony Xperia and the latest VLC Android version 3.5.3 with Simple Scrobbler, but I think the VLC Android app does not have an internal scrobbling option like the desktop version 3.0.18 which also works without problems? Note that there are no external iOS scrobbling apps which could scrobble VLC due to iOS restrictions, as far as I know. So adding it would probably be welcomed by many iOS users with a Last.fm account.

The site had its 20th anniversary on Nov 20, 2022, by the way, and still has a lot of users.

Yes… VLC is my music player on all ios devices. I would love to be able to scrobble songs to Last.fm.
