How to make the video always on top?

Does it have any options to make video always on top?
and how can I hide menu window when I start the VLC.
I want to only have the video window on top, how can I do it?

Yes, the video can be always on top (at least on windows, and probably on linux too, i don't know about macosx). You can set it in the preferences, in the Video panel.
If you don't want any interface, try launching VLC with '--intf dummy'. In this case, don't forget to append the item 'vlc:quit' to the list of items you want to play, otherwise you will have no way to quit vlc if the video window closes...
