Stretched video output in Mozilla plugin

Postby FlAWD » 21 Feb 2006 03:53

Whenever I view a website which has a video embedded into it, the video gets stretched out across my entire screen.
I think it may have something to do with the width and height of the embedded video.
Here's an example of what I see.

It's a relatively large image, so I'll just link to it:

do you get better results with a different browser?
I also came across some strange behaviour with FF 1.5 together with VLC and other plug-ins, but no problem with FF 1.0.7.

This also happens quite a bit now with the standalone player. I don't know if I simply need a restart or what, but I have seen it happen from time to time since I upgraded to 0.8.4a.

And for the Firefox plugin, it only stretches with video imbedded into the page, not if I go to a video file directly.
