Super resolution RTX Mov/Mp4 Issue

so ive run into a little problem when using the latest vlc,
im running super resolution on direct3d11 video output.
most videos run fine apart from mov/mp4 filmed on an iphone/samsung.
changing ratios wont fix it.
the main reason is i have a few older videos id like to be upscaled.
if im doing something wrong, could anyone direct me?

AFAIK the only (experimental) build which supports Super Resolution is this one:

yes sorry i did reinstall the rtx supported version now.
after reinstalling, it seems the mov/mp4 files instant crash.
avi and old mpg work fine on it.
settings were reset and tried again.
