All versions after 3.0.16 of VLC are completely broken when trying to use VLC to watch network streams from the HDHomeRun config app.

Also when trying to use VLC to watch TV channels over the network, it does show the list of channels properly when you click on a channel to view it errors out about not able to view the stream.

I have a pop_os install that has VLC 3.0.16 that works as I believe it should. The current versions from all the distro app markets are completely broken, 3.0.19 and 3.0.20.
