Audio lag after video pause

VLC 3.0.19 Windows 11
Whenever I pause a video and then resume, the video starts right up but there is a brief delay before the audio kicks in, creating a gap of lost information. At first I thought it may be a problem with my audio driver, but then I tried playing the same videos with other players (i.e., Windows Media Player, Windows Movies and TV). To my surprise, the problem does not appear – it is only on VLC that the problem appears.

I had the same problem.pay attention to this log "inserting 41022 zeroes",which cause no sound.
