Empty playlists

I imported some m3u files that I exported from a different music player app but they all came out as empty in vlc. Zero tracks. Any idea how to get a playlist from a different app into this one?

I believe the answer is that VLC doesn't support importing playlists from a different music player -- or even VLC on a different device -- as the pathnames of the files are likely to be different.

Hi, would you mind sharing the m3u that the other app generated ? VLC supports m3u files to generate playlists, I would need to see the file to determine what went wrong.
