Problem with setting the skins2-Mode

Hi guys..

Since always do I have this endless problem in setting the VLC to the skins2-Mode. Well... everytime when I change something in the Skins-Settings and restart the VLC, it crashes completely. So please help me..

I want the VLC to start always and everywhere with the skins2-Mode (which means that I don't need the "Modified Shortcut"-Solution). Who can tell me, what exactly i have to change so that my wish becomes true:

Just select "Skinnable interface" as "Interface-Modul", and save the preferences.
To be perfectly safe, you can reset the preferences and restart VLC before doing all that.
