Why is there no vlc on samsung tizen tvs?

Everyone knows that there is no beautiful player on the Tizen system -
why not make the player on Tizen with the addition of many options, for example

fetch translation
Shadow control of subtitle fonts

Well control the outline

with added fonts

There is no player that works these things on Samsung TVs

It means it's not available, and will not be.

I have a samsung Tizen TV, Samsung stopped updating it, netflix and plex stopped working.
Has anyone tried to compile and run this port?

The main author quit the project many years ago, and the second author... rage-quit VideoLAN a few years back.

So probably nobody specifically knows how to build it. But there is README there with some basic instructions.
