Car Crash Video Recovery

Hi,

I witnessed an HGV / artic crash into a car today, however the video seems to have corrupted.
Any help to open the file would be greatly appreciated to assist the woman.

All parties have escaped uninjured but the car was a writeoff and I'd really like to be able to help.
File isn't 0MB as per some other threads I've read so hoping it could be saved!
