Choppy Video on VLC

Hi,

I have some problems with my VLC,
I'm a video editor, I edit and export my video, the video plays normally on Quicktime, but the video is choppy on VlC...

Export:
- Format: mp4
- Codec: h.264
- Resolution: 1080x1920 (Vertical)
- Quality: restrict to 10000 kb/s I've tried on automatic

I do and export my video on Davinci Resolve Studio, on my m1 max MacBook Pro 16" Pro, 64 GB Memory
