keep Folder Hierarchy on file transfer to iOS

hi guys,

i wonder if is there a way to keep folders hierarchy when transferring files from pc to iOS device
all i get is dumping dozen files in root of vlc and have to manually make folders then move them kinda painful if lots of mini files & folders

i appreciate if there is a way let me know
