Certain MP3 files don’t play in VLC for iOS 3.4.0

I have lots of >30Mb MP3 audio files (most likely VBR) that no longer play properly after upgrade to 3.4.0. When playing, all you get is white noise and clipping 2-3 times/second. They play properly in native iOS player and played relatively well in the previous version. Some other of my MP3 files play fine - so it’s either the length of these files, or the specific way these MP3s were encoded. I don’t know how they were encoded. Any ideas?

Felix - your mail server doesn’t allow for files > 10 Mb. I’ll try to find smaller files with the same issue and re-send.
