Can you alter stream resolution through the rtsp stream

Hi all

I am attempting to write a small piece of software to show multiple rtsp streams from axis Ip camera's.

But i was wondering if there is a way to change the resolution of the stream.
Like for example if I would be limited in bandwidth i would want to go from perhaps 4k streaming to fhd or even lower.

Is this something that can be done?
