vlc on tvos cannot stream files on the local network

I am currently using a windows 11 operating system computer to share media files to stream on apple tv 2022 on tvos16.4, but I have a problem that VLC (version 3.3.12)on apple tv cannot play any media. When selecting a movie to stream, when clicked on, the window will immediately pop out to the page used to select the movie again. I've found no issues on VLC with any device such as iPhone, iPad or another computer.

Please help me to solve such problem.
