playlists from YT cannot play after sometime

I've noticed the last month, that vlc cant play the saved playlist (in .xspf) on ver. 3.0.18., when I have open my pc, whenever I open it (the playlist), plays all the videos fine, after I close the computer, and I reopen it, the playlist cant play none of the videos. Or sometimes I've noticed that genarates
the whole playlist again and again, making huge hours of it. So, I dont know if that is an bug, or something else, keep in mind that I never seen that
on previous releases. (I also use the LATEST lua file of youtube).

VLC stores the direct URLs of the video in the playlist. But these links have an expiration time so they won't play after some limited time.
The best thing is to make a playlist by hand which contains the Youtube URLs (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxxxxxxxxxx) and to keep it like this so it will always work.
