Recover gitlab account migrated from Trac

Hello,
Is there anybody (an administrator) that can help me to recover my account on code.videolan.org. My username is benjarobin everywhere.
Before that I had an account at trac.videolan.org.
I tried using the Trac password, I tried to use "Forgot your password" by specifying the email of the Trac account.
I also received the 14 nov. 2021 at 10:17 a gitlab email about the issue #25036, and it the same email, so it should work, but I did not receive an email to recover my password / account.
For information I create an account here (forum) using this same email, so an admin can check that it is indeed me, the same guy .
Also while trying to recover my benjarobin account, I tried to login using gitlab.com, but it did create benjarobin1.
So is there a way to recover my benjarobin account, and delete benjarobin1 ?

I just noticed similar behaviour for my account.
When trying to sign in with Google or GitHub, I get error 422:

Sign-in using Google auth failed
Email has already been taken

https://code.videolan.org/Chupaka - that's the profile in question. When trying to reset its password, I don't get anything on my email.

No, i am still waiting for an answer. I really don't know how to contact an admin. I am going to try to contact JB directly, something I really didn't want to do

- Le compte https://code.videolan.org/benjarobin1 existe toujours, est-ce possible de le supprimer
- Je n'arrive toujours pas à me connecter au compte sous Gitlab (https://code.videolan.org/benjarobin), que cela soit avec le mot de passe de Trac ou en utilisant mot de passe oublié (Je ne reçoit pas d'email suite à la demande de perte de mot de passe).
Donc qu'est ce que je dois faire ?
