Prevent VLC from trimming audio when converting

Postby Rookiedu03 » 25 Dec 2022 12:15

Hello everyone :)

I have a little problem while trying to merge an audio file and a video. I downloaded each one of them from a single Facebook video. I use convert in VLC which seems to work fine, but the last second of audio is cut. Also, even if their duration should be equal, VLC considers the audio one second longer than the video. That may be what causes it, but how do I prevent the last second from being taken out ?

Thanks in advance !

Please post the Media Info report of your files:

But I'm not sure to understand how you got two different files from one single video. Wasn't it already muxed ? 🤔
