Playing m3u8 video anonymuously?

I found and copied the link of the m3u8 video from the page where the video is located (with inspect button on the page) and I played the video this way with VLC:
Media->Open Network Stream->Network->Enter Network Url->Play

My question is can the site admin see that I watched this video? Normally, you can't watch the video without registering on the site and the admin can see the name of the user's name who have watched the video and can see how many times you have watched the video.
(I'm registered on the site by the way)

They'll see your IP address, VLC version and access time.
