Hours long video but blue timer bar only.....

So, I recorded a video of my desktop, and the blue bar that you can hit to pick a certain time on the video, only goes like like 56 minutes or maybe an hour something like that. Then the video continues to play, but I cant move to any different parts anymore. Like the blue bar only works for the first hour or so, after that I have to just watch the whole thing past that point if I want to see anything

Any Idea how to fix? I did, Open Capture Device ,then selected Desktop, then moved frames to 30, then from down arrow next to the word "Play" selected convert.

looks like you video is corrupted, you can try to remux it
