powerDVD Display - no video but has sound.

Please help,
I got Optiplex GX110, Using Window 2000 Pro,
Iomega Super DVD, Screen solution is 1024x768,
High color (16bits), refesh rate ..??
Window Sp4
and I believe I got the latest DirectX 9b version for my system.
Would somebody please help me/ guide me to the right direction. So I can watch my DVD. Thank you :(

Sorry, the only player we care about, here, is VLC.
Ask elsewhere for powerDVD support.

I'm using the VLC program, only sound no picture. What shiuld I do. Please help. :shock:

Go to the audio menu in VLC and change the audio stream being used. Also you should set your desktop to 24bit or 32bit colour.

I opened VLC media player, then click on the Audio.... it's emty. Please help :( thanks

It get filled after playback starts.

Yes, I changed to 24bit not thing happen. Go back to High Sol 16bit. Sound come up but no picture. Please help.

try disabling overlays, and if colors are wrong, also disable RGB->YUV conversion.
