winget install vlc 0x80072f19 : unknown error

Recently `vlc` could not be installed
Windows 10~11 home kor Insider
All other programs are installed normally.

This is the Windows version of vlc which Microsoft has permission to offer on the Windows Store.

The original file which has far more capabilities can be downloaded from here: https://www.videolan.org/

After you install it you have to configure vlc to open all the files you want to use it for. See this report on the Ghacks.net site for more info.

0x80072f19 : unknown error

Error code 0x80072f19 means Check for server certificate revocation failed, the revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available.

I'm not sure why you get this error message since the link being used has no certificate problem itself. But it redirects to some other random site which might be the problem. Or maybe Winget doesn't like redirections.
Try again and again, or you can use this workaround at your own risk: uncheck "Check for server certificate revocation" in the Advanced tab of the Internet Options.
