Compiling Options of libVLC

Hi there fellas. I want to compile an ultra-lightweight library that utilizes only the rtsp and rtmp protocol with encoding options of x264 and flv. Is there any option to strip all the libraries at once or i have to disable each and everyone one by one?! Any ProConers help is appreciated.
