Conversion stop before the end

I'm trying to convert .flv video to .mp4. I've put VLC in administrative mode and the voncversion works well BUT the .mp4 video do not have the last second. Why the conversion stop before the end.

Hi, do you have logs? How do you determine that the last second is missing?
