I'm sure this is an easy one. VLC is great for options, but sometimes.... that are too many!
I have a trail cam. It sometimes gives me a folder full of videos 45 seconds long.
Each time I click on a video, it opens slightly larger than my screen (my screen is smaller than my camera!) this makes it awkward to see / operate the controls.
Is there an option to always make the video open at a certain size and in a certain position on the screen, please?

Menu Tools -> Preferences -> Show settings: All -> Video
Then at the bottom of the right panel check and set the video width and height of the Window Properties options.
Once done you must save, exit and restart VLC for the changes to be applied.
