Have issues with VLC playing audio tracks

Hello,

I run windows 8.1 64bit and run the latest version of VLC player, I use ashampoo Burning software 2022 to burn audio tracks to CD, then use VLC to play the CD back, but sometimes VLC does not work and cannot play the CD, open the CD drive on windows 8.1 and the tracks are listed but VLC will not play the CD, so I restart my Pc and after I have done this the issue has gone till the next time, get the issue with the build in CD drive and USB CD burner as well, done get any warning it just happens.

Any help would be appreciated
