Thanks for help Hitchhiker, I've overwritten youtube.luac files, as you said, and tried again ....
No more error message, but VLC screen remains black, with the cone in the middle. I also tried with an other link : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sQzCIaGx-Bo, same problem !
... Damn (to be polite !!) NO,
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J6x_kbxnP_A doesn't work any more .....
Okay I have an update here
I replaced the youtube.luac in Linux Mint and it works perfectly. No errors whatsoever. In all settings in vlc are said to their default settings
But it does not work in Windows 10 . I even use the same videos
is there a different version of youtube.luac for Windows 10?

Not that I'm aware of, no.
Which version of Windows 10 are you running? If you don't know open the Run command, type WINVER and hit Enter.

There's nothing in your log that indicates a problem as far as I can tell.
Try another output module. Open preferences (Ctrl + P) click the Video button and you'll find the list of them via the dropdown menu.
You can also click the Input/Codecs button and where it reads Hardware-accelerated decoding, change it from Automatic to DirectX Video Acceleration (DXVA 2.0).
If you make any changes to vlc click Save, exit and restart.
YEEEESSSSSSSSS ....it's working guys, I followed all the instructions onthis link :
https://thegeekpage.com/vlc-media-playe ... ent-116096
And I can open ALL my links in "MAGIC VLC" ..... when it decides to work ...
