tweaking video settings in tools\

in tools\effect and filters
is there a way to tweak the video et al settings INCREMENTALLY. i was trying to tweak saturation but especially sharpness and sharpness was difficult to control because i wanted a minimal amount of sharpness and the slide is non-specific.

so is there some kind of control in video setting that allows me to enter a specific number like 2% or 5% or any kind of way to do it step by step
