Playback of a .ts file.

Hello. I am hoping someone can help with this odd use case scenario.

I have been attempting to use VLC to play a .ts file. The files that I play have 2 different programs in the single file. I can switch between the two programs in the menu, and play streams separately just fine.

My question is, is VLC capable of playing both programs at the same time. Meaning, can I open VLC, and have one Program on one display, and have the other program on another.
